Package arrived late which is out of sellers control but they were quick to state “no returns” when I suggested I may have to return if it’s late. Poor customer service and poor policies from this seller is why I was neutral. I purchased the same item from another source and both purchases ended up arriving on time. Thankfully other sellers purchase was returnable and they had excellent costumer service. Seller should always support customers and focus on service first.
