The MB 149 nib collar was very carefully packaged and promptly sent. It is just as described, a new factory original part in its original, unopened factory packaging. I was precisely the part I needed to rebuild my 40 year old pen. Fits perfectly and returned the pen to the first class writing instrument it was designed to be.
