It is a beautiful clock - antique-looking brass with a crackled enamel inlay around the face and sides of the clock - looks somewhat like a tortoise type pattern. It keeps perfect time. It is quite heavy for its size - almost 4 pounds.The back brass plate comes off and it actually has an alarm clock feature. The pictures serve as part of an accurate description of its condition.
