Ellen Pompeo was spotted jumping into her Range Rover this weekend and driving away without taking her parking ticket off the windshield. What's more embarrassing, finding the ticket as you walk back to your car when everyone's watching or not even noticing it until your driving down the road?

There are tons of celebrities who choose to drive sport utility vehicles rather than compact sports cars and convertibles. Owning big rides is a part of Hollywood's materialistic culture, especially ones that patent their status symbols and swag. Here are the top 3 SUVs celebrities drive:

3. Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon

You might think that the boxy body would attract mostly the younger male celebrities, but it's the up and coming female stars who are seen around driving the Mercedes G-Wagon. The only ride aside from a Range Rover that I would expect to see Ellen Pompeo in is a Toyota Prius. Lucky enough for me she at least made the choice of the Range Rover Sport as opposed to the HSE model.
