Q: What Is Celebrity Cars Blog?

Answer: Celebrity Cars Blog is a really a site about cars.  The celebrities are just a piece of the puzzle to make the “game” work. The site could have been about billionaires or nonchalant-rich people but that just wouldn’t be as interesting. Readers want to put one and two together to know what their favorite celebrities drive and to see what celebrities drive their favorite cars.

The “real” idea behind the Celebrity Cars Blog is that a celebrity represents a person who has everything including all the money it takes to drive any car they want. Think Simon Cowell and his Black Bugatti or Ryan Sheckler and his Ferrari F430.

Q: Since when?

Answer: Celebrity Cars Blog started in 2007 out of my passion for cars and my leisurely affinity to “some” celebrities. I’m really not much of a celebrity guru but that doesn’t mean it’s not fun to see celebrities around. Ironically enough I don’t get to see celebrities where I live (Seattle, WA).

Q: Who am I?

me 288x300 About

Answer: My name is Ryan but if you’re a reader you probably know that I’ve never really been one to blog on behalf of myself.  I share opinions, I make mistakes, try new things to get commentors to interact, seek out others who’d like to blog and in general try to enjoy the site just like you all.  I thrive on seeing celebrities hop out in cool cars and I love the interaction of seeking out the latest story.

Would love to send you some pics of T-Pain’s Drop Head Phantom. I work on his PR team and we recently had him take the car out to Vegas for the annual SEMA show. Rave reviews.

Please send your email address and i’ll send along photos.

Hey I love this site but I wanna say, you guys hate the Prius too much, its an excellent car, it has the best gas mileage out of any other car. So I would stop complaining if I was you, when your F*cking Sh*t Suburban brakes down, the Prius will keep on going. And you guys also dont seem to like Lexus…why? Lexus is the number one Luxury car! You should love Lexus.

Agree with you Dillon, yes this site comes down too hard on the Prius. Frankly, it’s refreshing to see celebrities making a worthy statement about saving the environment and reducing our dependence on foreign oil by driving a 50 MPG car, rather than making a statement about how they can plunk down $250K on a Bentley or Lambo that gets 12 MPG.

Yeah, I’d like to see more LFA posts. Thomas Bangma, a leading European road test journalist who races on the Nurburgring, said that the Lexus LFA is “the best car I have ever driven in my whole life”.
