I’ve got a feeling no matter how much money Macklemore makes he’ll always keep it real when it comes to his rides.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis made a surprise visit to Seattle last night to film their “White Walls” music video. Word traveled fast and thousands of fans lined the streets to catch a glimpse of Macklemore in action. Being that I’m from Seattle and I’m a big fan of Macklemore and his music, I knew there would be a pretty good chance of a Cadillac making an appearance too — I was right. When he wasn’t breaking it down on top of the historic Dicks Drive-In on Capital Hill, Macklemore could be seen cruising through the streets in a super clean Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine. Surprisingly enough, Cadillac is actually Macklemore’s car of choice and has been for years. So when I say Macklemore will probably always keep it pretty real when it comes to his rides, this is what I mean. Don’t expect to see him running around in a Lamborghini or a Ferrari anytime soon. Oh, and don’t expect designer labels to take the place of his Seattle sports jerseys either.
