Glad it was actually impounded. Anyone stupid enough to drive without a license AND registration, and then subsequently blame it on the LAPD, doesn’t even deserve to own something that beautiful.

Is it legal for people in California to drive with no license plate or something? Every time I see a celebrity car posted on here, they don’t have any license plates. Im from Chicago, so I don’t know.
I’ve been to California before, but its all cars like that not just celebrities. I asked someone about it but I forgot the answer.
