Kia recently sent two teams on the Zip and Dash to Los Angeles geocache challenge in the Kia Rio. During the challenge, the teams put the Rio’s features including Bluetooth, USB jack, navigation and rear camera to the test to make their way through Los Angeles in search of Christina Milian at the finish line. Challenges included hitting The Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round cube challenge to answer trivia questions about Los Angeles, finding a hidden Christina Milian CD at Amoeba Records (definitely the most challenging), counting the number of palm trees between Brighton and Dayton street on Rodeo Drive (an easy place to be distracted with the likes of Prada and Channel), chowing down on hotdogs at Pink’s famous Hot Dog stand and finally race to The Roosevelt Hotel.
If we took on this challenge we’d definitely want David Beckham to be at the finish line and hopefully he’d be in his Rolls Royce Ghost, after all we are Celebrity Cars Blog and all! If David was out of town we might have to go with Jay Leno, we think we’d get along 😉
