Just after moments away from rehab, Lindsay Lohan was seen trying to get her license back from DMV, and was seen checking out rental car stores with her friend who drives her Escalade. With a couple of DUIs and a fresh jail experience, Lindsay must still be out of her mind to plea for her license back! Although this is the case, something tells me we’re going to see Lindsay on the road again sooner than we imagine.

    She looks sad about that. Well, maybe it’s part of her restrictions because of her condition. Drive safely LiLo, i guess.
