It’s Ciara. A paparazzi video of this picture was posted a couple days ago on TMZ. She did’nt know how to start the car haha.
What a waste. too much money on the wrong hand creates this kind of thing. if she drove a convertible cavalier she wouldnt feel the difference.

Nice glasses… Shame about the car though, why would anybody buy a car like that and waste time compromising body rigidity by chopping the roof off… Just buy a coupé…
