Stay Off The Streets, Miley Cyrus Has Her Permit

Looks like driver's in Los Angeles have one more reason to stay off the road and to avoid Sunset between West Hollywood and Santa Monica. Yep, Miley Cyrus has her driver's permit and is out on the streets.
All I can say is I hope this isn't the next Lindsay Lohan. I don't want to see Miley curb surfin her ride on Sunset.

She’ll be dead or drugged out in 3 years. A driver’s license will only come in handy in helping her to expand the number of crimes she will eventually be tried for. Celebrities are basically “Dead Men Walking”.
Take this into account: Who gets their driver’s permit then poses for photographers? Shouldn’t she be focusing on the road? Turning on her blinker? Or figuring out why her passenger isnt wearing a seat belt?
